Some Details:
~ The walls are a light minty green.
~ The crib is from Amy and I painted it a “cantaloupe” orange. It.
Took. Forever
~ I picked out the fabric at City Craft and they made it.
Thanks to Micahl for helping me pick it out and to Laura for giving it to us!
~ The crib sheet is from an Etsy shop (Thanks Chris)
~ The glider is from Amy and my mom had it reupholstered to
match the room. It looks perfect! The pillow matches the changing pad. Too
cute!
~ The art was my labor of love… when Matheson looks at it, I
am happy, because like the crib, it took forever. Bending over to paint it at 7
months pregnant was exhausting. I found a print I liked online, changed the
colors to match and replicated it using a graph.
Some Details:
~ The dresser is from craigslist- already re-done! Whew!
~ I painted the peg board, M and clipboard to match, created
the prints and made the giraffe art out of gift bag.
~ I painted the abacus to match… bc it is way cuter that
way.
~ Jon likes to sit in the extra chair which is from a resale
shop.
~ The painting is of Gilbert Drugstore which was once owned
by Matheson Braswell’s great grandpa Thomas Braswell Gilbert.
It is not done... still need to figure out a place for books and window treatments! Hope you enjoyed a peak at his room!
